🎥 Media & Content Consent Declaration

Applicable to all participants of the Reconnect to Your Inner Worth Challenge, hosted by Claire Afua Jørgensen / Marriage Saved

By participating in the Reconnect to Your Inner Worth Challenge (“Challenge”), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding media, livestreaming, recording, and content ownership:

1. Live Streaming & Recordings

I understand that this Challenge will be streamed live through online platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Live (within a private group) and Zoom. These sessions may include:

Live audio and visual interactions

Coaching segments

Group discussions

Questions and answers

Community celebrations or spotlight moments

I acknowledge that live participation may result in the recording of my voice, comments, likeness, or image.

2. Consent to Recording and Use of Likeness

I voluntarily agree that if I choose to:

turn on my camera,

speak audibly,

comment in the chat, or

share verbally or visually during live sessions,

I thereby waive any right to inspect or approve the use of such recordings or content and grant the organizer (Claire Afua Jørgensen and Marriage Saved) the irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, and display my contributions, likeness, voice, and image in any media format, including but not limited to future promotional, educational, or marketing materials.

This waiver is granted without compensation and with the understanding that all media and intellectual property rights related to the Challenge are exclusively owned by the Organizer.

3. Right to Protect Privacy

I understand that due to the sensitive and emotional nature of the content explored during the Challenge, the Organizer commits to exercising discretion and safeguarding participant

privacy to the best of their ability.

No participant will be forced or required to speak, turn on their camera, or share personally identifiable information.

Participants may choose to remain anonymous or engage privately.

Comments and stories shared during group sessions will not be used out of context or in a defamatory manner.

However, by choosing to engage in public forums (e.g., Zoom or Facebook Live), I acknowledge that absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed, and I accept responsibility for any personal disclosures made.

4. Ownership of Challenge Content

All teaching frameworks, audio-visual recordings, downloadable resources, replays, coaching insights, and digital materials shared during the Challenge—including the Emotional Recalibration Technique™, Worth Anchor Method™, Presence Protocol™, Phoenix Framework™, and Freedom Blueprint™—are the exclusive intellectual property of Claire Afua Jørgensen and Marriage Saved.

I understand that I may not record, reproduce, distribute, share, or repurpose any part of the Challenge content without prior written permission from the Organizer.

5. Media Use in Compliance with Law

This agreement complies with:

Article 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – relating to voluntary and informed consent for data processing (media in this case),

U.S. Right of Publicity and Intellectual Property Laws,

and general global standards for media consent, privacy, and waiver of rights.

6. Revocation of Consent

Should I wish to revoke this media consent before the challenge begins, I may do so by contacting the Organizer in writing at:

Once the Challenge begins and I actively engage on-camera or in recorded formats, I understand that revocation may no longer be feasible due to the nature of live streaming and distribution.

Confirmation

By registering for and/or participating in the Challenge, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Media & Content Consent Declaration, and that I waive any and all rights to compensation or further approval related to the use of media content in accordance with applicable law.
