📜 Waiver and Release of Liability

Reconnect to Your Inner Worth Challenge

Organized by Claire Afua Jørgensen Domiciled in the Kingdom of Denmark.

1. Voluntary Participation and Acknowledgment of Risk

I, the undersigned, voluntarily agree to participate in the Reconnect to Your Inner Worth Challenge, a personal development and emotional healing experience conducted virtually. I understand that the challenge may include emotionally triggering content, reflective exercises, and personal growth teachings that may surface past trauma, grief, or emotional distress.

I acknowledge that this experience is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or legal advice, and I take full responsibility for my own emotional well-being throughout the process.

2. Emotional Responsibility

I certify that I am participating in this challenge at my own discretion and take full ownership of my emotional responses. I understand that while the facilitator(s) may provide support and tools, they are not liable for how I interpret or implement the teachings.

If I am under the care of a licensed mental health provider or have experienced recent trauma, I agree to consult with my provider before participating, and to pause or discontinue participation if it becomes emotionally overwhelming.

3. No Guarantees of Results

I understand that transformation is personal and results vary. The teachings, stories, frameworks (e.g., BITS, Emotional Recalibration, Freedom Blueprint, etc.) are offered in good faith and have been effective for others. However, I acknowledge that they are not guaranteed to result in specific outcomes for every participant.

4. Participation Requirements

If I have purchased a General Pass, I understand that I will access the challenge through the designated Facebook group. I am responsible for following all participation guidelines, responding to required entry questions, and entering the correct email address used at registration.

If my request is rejected, I will reach out to the organizing team to resolve the issue. The organizer reserves the right to moderate group access and remove disruptive behavior without refund.

If I have purchased VIP access, I understand that I will receive additional benefits including live Zoom calls, Q&A sessions with Claire and the coaches, early access to pre-challenge content, a resource vault, and entry into one of Claire’s programs. VIP access does not grant any form of therapy or emergency support.

5. Media Consent

I understand that during this challenge, screenshots, photos, video, or audio may be taken. I give full permission for my likeness, comments, or participation (in written, audio, or visual form) to be used for marketing, testimonials, or promotional purposes by Claire Afua Jørgensen and her companies.

If I do not wish to be seen in public recordings, I understand it is my responsibility to turn off my camera or contact the organizer in advance.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

I acknowledge that all materials, videos, frameworks, and teachings shared during the challenge (including but not limited to the Emotional Recalibration Technique™, Worth Anchor Method™, Presence Protocol™, Phoenix Framework™, and Freedom Blueprint™) are the intellectual property of Claire Afua Jørgensen and may not be reproduced, distributed, or taught without written permission.

7. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Claire Afua Jørgensen, Marriage Saved, and all associated facilitators, employees, volunteers, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action that may arise from my participation in this challenge, including but not limited to emotional distress, perceived harm, or dissatisfaction with results.

I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the organizers from any loss, damage, or legal responsibility arising from my actions, interpretations, or use of the content provided.

8. Refund Policy

I understand that all payments made toward this challenge are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not eligible for credit unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Legal Jurisdiction

This waiver and all matters related to the Reconnect to Your Inner Worth Challenge shall be governed by the laws of Denmark.

10. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing up for the challenge, (digitally enrolling in the challenge, downloading our books, journals, workbooks, listening to our content before, during and after challenge), I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms stated in this Waiver and Release of Liability.
